Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

Customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to operational planning and vehicle/driver allocations, the following cancellation terms apply:

Free Cancellation

Cancellations made at least 72 hours (3 days) before the scheduled transfer are eligible for a full refund of the deposit.

Late Cancellations

For cancellations made less than 72 hours before the transfer time, the deposit will not be refunded.

No-show Policy

If the customer fails to appear at the scheduled pick-up location and time, the service is considered completed and no refund will be issued.

Payment & Refund Process

If payment was made via bank transfer or PayPal, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 business days using the same payment method.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing (via email or WhatsApp) in order to be considered valid.
