By using our website and booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
1. Booking & Payment
- All bookings must be made through our website, email, or phone.
- A 10% deposit is required within 24 hours of booking to confirm your reservation.
- The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the transfer, unless otherwise agreed.
- Payment can be made via bank transfer, PayPal, or cash (if previously arranged).
2. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled transfer will receive a full refund of the deposit.
- Late cancellations (less than 72 hours) or no-shows will not be refunded.
- All cancellations must be sent in writing (email or WhatsApp).
3. Passenger Responsibility
- Clients must ensure all provided information is accurate, including pick-up time, location, and flight details.
- Passengers must be ready at the specified location at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time.
- The company is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
4. Luggage Policy
- Each passenger is allowed one suitcase and one carry-on bag.
- Please inform us in advance for excess luggage, special items, or baby seats.
5. Delays & Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to weather conditions, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our control.
6. Vehicle Use & Safety
- Smoking, alcohol consumption, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited in the vehicles.
- Seat belts must be worn at all times during the ride.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger behaving inappropriately or threatening the safety of others.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website.
