Terms & Conditions

By using our website and booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings must be made through our website, email, or phone.
  • A 10% deposit is required within 24 hours of booking to confirm your reservation.
  • The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the transfer, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Payment can be made via bank transfer, PayPal, or cash (if previously arranged).

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled transfer will receive a full refund of the deposit.
  • Late cancellations (less than 72 hours) or no-shows will not be refunded.
  • All cancellations must be sent in writing (email or WhatsApp).

3. Passenger Responsibility

  • Clients must ensure all provided information is accurate, including pick-up time, location, and flight details.
  • Passengers must be ready at the specified location at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time.
  • The company is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

4. Luggage Policy

  • Each passenger is allowed one suitcase and one carry-on bag.
  • Please inform us in advance for excess luggage, special items, or baby seats.

5. Delays & Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to weather conditions, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Vehicle Use & Safety

  • Smoking, alcohol consumption, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited in the vehicles.
  • Seat belts must be worn at all times during the ride.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger behaving inappropriately or threatening the safety of others.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website.
